Are either of these good bass rods?

  1. I’ve used that exact rod, and the triumph inshore version of it. I prefer the inshore version cause it has a lighter lure weight, and inshore models tend to be a little more durable. But either way, I loved that rod you have pictured (first one) but sadly I broke it while snagged in a kayak

  2. My do-it-all bass rod is a St. Croix premier series, and I’ve been very happy. Some people have had quality issues with St. Croix lately, but I haven’t. And their warranty program is pretty good.
