Is there a use for the remaining line on a roll of fishing line when there's nowhere near enough left to spool a reel? If I have the same type of line, same lb test, same color, etc., is it reasonable to tie together or will this just cause issues with the guides and creat too many weak points on the line? Picture for example showing theres not much left. Yes, I know these are different.

Knit a blanket
Use as backing or premade rigs
Sew any rips on your fishing gear with it
Eat it
I saw a good idea on a similar post recently. Use it as backer. I’m going to start doing this. I have ultra light set ups with some more expensive 2lb line. Realistically, I only need maybe 50ft of that like on my spool. Id probably put maybe 75-100 ft of that line on my spool and use left over cheaper line to fill the rest of the spool to get more out of it. Instead of 2 reels, I could potentially get 3 reels spooled if I used backer.
