I recently purchased a wilderness systems recon 120. It’s pretty neat and I enjoy it. I have a trolling motor in the middle of it as shown in the picture. When I turn it on and try to go strait it just spins in circles. Doesn’t matter which direction the motor is facing it just spins. Just added a stationary rotor/ fin to the back it has helped a lot but the kayak still doesn’t steer well without using the ors. What is your guys advice. Much appreciated.

Look at skeg or rudder additions to the motor itself. Rudder clamps are decently helpful and run ~$20 on Amazon. I tacked one onto my pedal drive (Perception Pilot 12′) and it’s helped considerably.
