It’s been three days since this has happened. The water parameters are fine, I’m doing regular 20% water changes, temp is 26°C. She won’t even show an interest in her food and she just swims sluggishly next to the filter all day.

Could it be parasites? The one guy at the pet store told me that all female bettas have parasites…
