woke up to find platy sitting on substrate and swimming strangely if at all. looked closer and a white wound(?) appeared literally overnight. tankmates are 3 other female platies a clown pleco and snails. should i keep her separated somehow or would that just stress her out? and is there anything else i can do? this has never happened before and im kind of panicking.

if its a disease fish fungus sounds most likely but i feel like it appeared too suddenly, would it hurt to treat for it anyway?
