Can’t really confirm much without things like water parameters. Really big belly. Could be pregnant or bloat from over eating.

Well you likely did alot of things wrong. But when it comes to these guys, they have a high mortality rate when giving birth (in my experiance). If ur ammonia/ite/tanks good, thats often the cause.
