Is this junk? Like super mini wacky sticks or something. Now sure if they’re effective or what. Thanks for any knowledge.

Mostly great for trout, panfish, etc. But small lures can also catch big fish…

Look to be trout/panfish worms,you put em under a float or with some splitshot for bottom fishing,dunno the brand of these,but some work great for trout and the like.
