Hi, a while back this one developed what looked like a cyst. A few months ago the cyst was gone, and a dark patch replaced it (I assumed bruising etc from the cyst breaking down).
Yesterday I noticed some rather pronounced white blobs on the black mark. Almost looks fungal to me…how would you proceed treatment-wise? 🤔

Hello, am i looking at one white spot on the black area? Or are there more spots. Can’t see it clear
