I noticed my betta, blaze’s right gill swollen and covered in a bit of whitish film while I was carrying on with his regular water change. He was completely fine until today when I noticed him being lethargic. He only ate one pellet today and that’s all. He’s been with me for 10 months. Water parameters are-
Ammonia- 0
Nitrite- 0
Nitrate-5
I would highly appreciate some help with its treatment. I don’t want to lose him I’m extremely attached to him😔🙏🏻

Never seen something like this before, is it also fuzzy? I can’t really tell if it is from the pics, also try to observe if it’s moving…maybe it’s some sort of parasite
