I’m really struggling to capture it but he has something that resembles an egg spot??? It could be an egg spot it could also not be.
I’ve never seen an egg spot in person so can’t tell it apart.
Always owned long finned males so never had to query it!!!
Hoping there’s some other factor that gives it away… I just don’t know what a female plakat looks like and I’m overthinking it
But hoping it’s a boy overall!!! I don’t want Pongo to become Perdita or Cruella…

That’s a male! Males can have false egg spots. In the picture where the light is shining through him, I do not see ovaries, just the regular organs.
