A few days ago one of my tetras started showing puckered lips. I assumed it hurt itself so I kept an eye on it. It hasn't gone away, and one of it's fina are now inflamed at the base. It is still able to eat and isn't showing lethargy, at least yet. What can this be and what can I do?
I have Fritz Paracleanse and Maracyn from previous fish sickness, would these be helpful?

probably a infected wound, i would try adding almond tree leaves
Could be either fungal or bacteria infection. If you have a quarantine tank, move it into that tank and start Maracyn treatment immediately. Some aquarium salt could help.
