Where would I find a replacement bail wire (I think that’s what it is called) for this reel? I have other reels but I’d like to try to fix this one for the kids.

This reel looks cheap enough that it’s probably best to just replace it completely.

That’s an extremely cheap reel. Its probably not worth fixing, and parts will be pretty hard to find.
The cheaper Abu Garcia reels incorporate a lot of features from their more expensive reels. I have the Max STX and it’s a really nice reel for the money
