Is my betta depressed?

My betta, Seven, is a koi halfmoon plakat female, about 7 months old. I’ve had her for 2 months. When I first got her, she was shy but quickly became active and interactive—swimming around, watching me, and resting only occasionally/a normal amount.

Over the past few weeks, her behavior has changed. She still eats normally, but she spends most of the day resting on the substrate and only swims to switch spots. I work from home and see her often, so the change is noticeable. She seems lethargic and bored, and only perks up when I lift the tank lid. Her color might be slightly less vibrant, but she shows no signs of fin rot or illness. Water parameters look fine. (I check a least once I week, I didn’t write down the numbers sorry). Temp is 79°F

She’s in a 5-gallon tank with live plants, driftwood, non-painted decor, a betta leaf hammock, Indian almond leaves, and a tunnel. Could she be depressed, and what can I do? She seriously just sits on the substrate all day.

Her only tank mate is a nerite snail who is very good at eating algae and poops a lot. So I gravel vac weekly and do a ~25% water change.

What does “fine” mean? We need actual numbers because everything else seems to be okay

It might just be a very lazy chill betta that likes to lay around. How does he act during feeding?
