20 gallon tank , heater yes , filter yes , 78 degrees , using an api freshwater testing kit – PH-8.2 A-0 NI-0 NA- between 10-20 , i’ve had the tank since december 2024 and the fish since february 2025 , 1-2 weeks for water changes and 20-25% , 10 tetras live with her , i feed her bloodworms (4) and flu al bug bites (just a little shake once a day) , there is driftwood , a rock , all real plants (floating and planted) , one of those betta logs , and a dino skull hide from petsmart .

I’m no expert but that might be a long poop from constipation, try feeding thawed peas with the shell taken off or some daphnia
Also blood worms are high in fat and can cause some health issues if fed too often so be careful with thay

  3. NOPE, NO SHE IS NOT.
    She has Camallanus.
    A parasitic infection.
The other’s likely caught it, too.
Separate all fish or the snails you care about, put the group of your choosing in quarantine, and treat the fish with a food-bound dewormer because that’s the most effective way to get rid of the infection.
Camallanus can and will be deadly if not dealt with, so please treat them as soon as possible.
I hate those parasitic nematodes. I hate them so much.
They can stay undetected for a while, but when they show it’s already a bad case of the parasitic infection.

I wish your finned friends a swift recovery with no relapses.
