Betta Fish: New male :D

I know for sure that he is a plakat halfmoon, but I don’t really know what color he’s going to be. He has iridescent white scales that reflect purple and pink, some duller scales (most likely from stress) and blue/black vertical stripes on his fin bases. He seems skittish now, but I’m sure with a little tlc that will change.

Is the white thing on his dorsal fin a sign of white spot or his color? I genuinely don’t know lol.
