Hi friends!! First time Betta owner, I posted in this group a while ago for tips and everyone was super helpful!!
I now have a different question, these weird lil spots have showed up in my tank, only two or three but I just wanna know, what are they???? I’m due to give my tank a water change and clean tomorrow anyways but I’m not sure if I should be scrubbing these off?
I also think Blueberry is dealing with a little fin rot at the moment out of the blue, any ideas what could be causing this?

I can’t help with the question about fin rot, but I can say with 99% certainty the little spots in the pictures are bladder snail eggs.
They usually come into a tank via new live plants.
While being considered a pest snail, bladder snails do little to no harm to a tank itself. They mulitply like crazy and it only takes 1 snail to become 20+ in a matter of months. If you don’t want to deal with them, scoop out any of those spots you see in the tank and dispose of them. Try to find the source snail and dispose of them too if you want to/can.
snail eggs! If you don’t want babies, use a scraper and a net beneath the eggs to get them off, or crush them.
