Betta Fish: Yall is my fish ok

I ain't no money for a vet rn but I can do it if it's necessary

My siamese fighting fish (Pedro!) Started being a bit more tired, got a tiny hole in his fin but that's healing I think, what concerns me is the curve on his back. Is he sick? He's like an year old​
