Betta Fish: Does my beta look healthy? He’s been running into the walls and I don’t know what that means. Also does he look older?

This is my beta fish link. He is male and from the sticker in his container when I got him said he is a koi galaxy beta. I’ve had him for about 4 months and he has grown a lot but when I was feeding him today he kept running into the tanks walls and had a really hard time finding his food I’m a bit concerned because he has never shown these signs before. The first picture is new and the second picture is when I first got him.
