Any help is appreciated I’ve never treated it before I want the best for my girl I have a separate one gallon running that I could put her in easier for her to reach the top? Should I do that?

It’s hard to say. The floating/sideways motions suggest it may be something internal – a bacterial infection, a parasite, even something neurological.
