So, I'm not even sure where the ammonia is from… I'm guessing maybe one of my plants is rotting because the ammonium chloride hasn't even come in the mail yet, I just tested the water with the bacteria for fun and was surprised to see so much ammonia… Leave it alone or water change?

Have you tested your tap water for ammonia and nitrites?
How long has the tank been cycling?
I’d just let it be, looks like it’s establishing colonies (assuming nothing lives in it).
