Betta Fish: My first tank

Hi, me and my girlfriend just finished to set up our betta aquarium (we are still waiting on the fish).
I was wondering if you have any tips on the setup, as i don’t want my fish being uncomfortable or stressed in its thank.

Pleas do keep in mind that the water is cloudy because we moved the substrate quite a lot, and plants still have a long way to grow as we trimmed most of them.
