I ordered few days ago make red crowntail betta, and it's how he looks like. Is it how they looks when they are young or it's just "normal" betta with fin rot? When I asked how old the fish is, they just said they don't know, except that he's young… He has around 4-5cm (body)

Not a crowntail.
you should buy from online sellers that are “what you see what you get” so when you look at a betta at their site that’s EXACTLY the fish you’ll get! Tuckys bettas is great with this she photographs each fish individually so what you see you will get.
