hello, this is my brother's rod, I don't know what I did but the tip snapped…. plz tell me this is a fixable issue….. I have these adhesives, a tiny drill bit heat gun ect ect…….

Not worth trying to epoxy that tip section back on. Most likely it will not hold, there is a lot of flex to tip sections. The best solution to a broken tip section is generally to find a large tip guide and just glue it on to where the rod broke. It may be slightly less sensitive but it should still function fine.
