Aquariums: How do you keep your hatchery clean?

So I use two hatcherys and I clean them between use by soaking in bleach solution and scrub what I can reach. However I think that it's not clean enough and it's effecting hatch rates and the 'culture' crashes due to bacteria.

Any thoughts, ideas and experiences appreciated!
