Is this a bubble nest? Is he happy?
I got my little guy Monday from Petco after getting my tank all set up over the past couple months. He had been there since 8-26, was only $4 and looked dull, but I saw his potential to brighten up. He came home with me and my friends and I named him Obie. (bonus story in comments).

Asked my friend group of 18-19 years (I’m 29) what to name my new fish. My friend says wait….he’s 29? (I thought the 6 was a 9 so I told them 8-29 not 8-26) after severely bullying her about that (she works for Apple and is so smart. I love her v much by the way) I said I’ll name him Obie
