Have you tried treatment I would recommend aquarium salt and stress coat for now. Unless your using him for underground fighting I don’t understand.
He looks active and curious, this is a good sign
Bad genetics and dragonscale betta, nothing much you can change.
Have you noticed the white mountains minnows nipping/attacking him? Smaller fish often eat fish that arnt doing well so if that is the case it is the right thing to move them to a separate tank to let this fella live out his life with less stress and hopefully his fins re grow and best of luck to this betta and his tumours
May be bad genetics. Mine is kinda similar. Shes 4 years old and has had massive tumors for the last 2 years. But she still lives a happy and healthy life.
