I’m looking into ordering a betta like this from franks bettas since it’s the only place I can find this specific type but am kinda paranoid about ordering one. I was wondering if anyone’s ordered from franks before and if they would recommend it?

I have not yet ordered from there and i feel like summoning Frank’s Bettas here could prevent people from offering their honest opinion, should there be bad experiences.
I have gotten 6 bettas from franks, all spadetail splendens, with the purpose to breed them.
2 I got through Prism 2 years ago, and 4 were shipped directly from him a few months ago. 5 of them were healthy and strong. 1 female from the second shipment was weak when she arrived, but quickly gained strength and is healthy again. I assume she did not handle the shipping well. The male from the first shipping was beautiful, but a little on rhe shy side which made him difficult to breed.
Overall I like them and would order again if I was looking for pet bettas, but I wouldn’t get them again for breeding.
