Betta Fish: Should I worry

Good morning my established beta tank has recently started growing this slimy growth and I’m just not sure if that’s something I need to be excessively worried about. It does kind of jam up the filter a bit but with regular routine water changes and filter maintenance it’s been manageable. my beta and Cori catfish seem good still active and eating the tank is just slimy.
