Betta Fish: is my betta gonna change colour?

i got envy from pet smart about 2-3 weeks ago, shes had this blue shimmer since i got her but it’s been getting more aggressive as time passes. Will she be blue?
(her tank is not at all finished, i’ll be buying many more plants this following thursday when i’m paid and some snails and shrimp once the foliage is done:))
