Okay i literally could NOT get a good pick of the second guy. he is so gorgeous, his body almost has the patterns of a koi but… with just dark colors? he also had specks of like super iridescent blue, yet his body is very matte.
first fish is a cutie, very pretty fins that shine beautifully in the light!
i have just never seen a fish the color of the second guy! too beautiful to capture on camera.

short finned bettas need minimum 10 gallons. if you have less than get the long, if you have more then get the short

Ive never had a white stay white. My last was white and black and turned back and dark blue. I joke he changed to match his girlfriend who was a light blue and black, she turned darker though.
