I was looking for a used vintage click and pawl reel to pair with a fiberglass rod i have for small water fishing. I got this for a good price. Can anyone let me know if this model american made and when about it would've been manufactured? Not really familiar with Fenwick products.

A vintage Fenwick Class 1 fly reel made in Japan in the late 70s or early 80s. If I remember rightly its got a smooth drag system, built tough for small trout rods. Not rare, but a nice reel but may throw your rods balance out if you pair it with a modern rod.
