Betta Fish: is this ick??

these white scales appeared on my beta back last night, and I’ve never noticed them before she was doing it fine the night before this and she seems to be acting good even now, but these spots make me so nervous that it’s ick I’ve never dealt before so advice is greatly appreciated. It was also lots of bubbles around her filter and I’ve heard of ammonia bubbles and that scares me pretty bad but the water tested clear ammonia with my API master kit. It showed no color at all and all other water levels were good if anyone has any idea what’s going on or how I can help my poor baby please let me know. She means a lot to me since she’s my first betta PS she has been moved to a 5 gallon hospital tank with lowered water levels and heated to 82°.
