Hello,
My betta isn’t eating much lately. Swims fast and erratic. Floats at top of tank on one side. I noticed a swelling on one side 2 weeks ago. Have been changing 30% water each day, fasted him for 3 days, treated with antibiotics for a week, changed diet from pellets to feeding bloodworms at times, maintaining tank temp. Can anyone make from the pic as to what is happening with him and how can I help? Thank you guys, I don’t post here often so please forgive if this is not where I should have posted, etc.

What are your water parameters and feeding routine exactly? Heater and filter?
Can you please answer the following
Tank size, is there a filter, temperature, and water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate). Looks to be a case of fin rot but the position your betta is in for the pic is very concerning. I also recommend ditching the colorful gravel, it can leach toxic chemicals in the water that can make your betta sick. Would you be able to post a full tank shot? It’s also possible you have stuff in the tank that ripped his fins which could have brought about the fin rot.
