For the last month I’ve realized that my fish looked kind of top heavy. I was wondering if this was normal. The second photo is what she looked like before. I only feed her twice a day with 3 worms in the morning and 4 worms at night. She doesn’t have any snacks. I also went to Petco recently and all of their female fish don’t look top heavy, so it must be something I’m doing.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but im pretty sure bloodworms (if that’s what you’re feeding) should really only be used as a snack and not fed daily because of their fat/protein content.

Has she been acting different? It could just be bloating.

Could you share a better photo of her right now? It does look like she could be pineconing, but it could just be the image quality

7 worms a day is probably too much. She’s very bloated. Try feeding her a little bit of daphnia each day and see if it clears up.
