Its a good choice but its always best to add variety to their diet. Other foods to consider are new life spectrum betta formula, omega one betta pelltes, flakes and dried blood worms, fluval bug bites flakes, north fin premium betta bits.
Those are all excellent nutritious options.
I also mix it up with live or frozen foods as well like blood worms, daphnia and scuds.

A good way to tell if a food is good or not, I was told, is if at least the first 3-4 ingredients on the label is not plant material

I fed flightless fruit flies until my culture crashed. They loved them!
