I just noticed this on my betta today, it was not there this morning. Seems like a raised bump on her cheek/gill. I’ve added pictures of it circled in the comments. Her behavior and appetite are normal. She’s not rubbing on anything. All of her tank mates are new and were added yesterday.

Parameters found using API liquid kit
Tank mates- 2 ramshorn snails, 1 Malaysian trumpet snail, 1 Ghost shrimp
Food- 3-4 Tetra BettaMin small pellets a day, the broccoli is in there primarily for the shrimp and snails but she does eat it
Tank Decor- 2 rocks, 2 pieces of drift wood, 1 terra cotta pot, various botanicals & leaves, silk plants
Live plants- Dwarf hair grass, Java ferns, water spangles, water lettuce, frogbit, christmas moss, Crypt Lucens, and some kind of Anubis.

How long have you had the fish & tank- the fish since early September, I’ve had the tank the same but I only added her to this one on 10/20, she was in a 5.5 gallon prior that had similar parameters, only difference was the water in the smaller tank had a higher GH & KH
Water changes- last time I did a water change was 10/12, I think it was about 1/3rd of the water. I siphon out the water I want then add new water treated with stress+ and prime
