Momo is very happy in his 75s planted tank but keeps getting bouts of fin rot. My ammonia stays at 0 and so do nitrites. I'm very attentive to all my fishies and can't figure out why he keeps having this happen. Also, he does have a little resting tunnel I keep lined with catappa leaves that I'd just removed to clean in this pic. He's most often lounging in his tunnel or on top of various stem plant bushes…they've been trimmed recently and not back to their full height yet.

not here to help but just wanted to say that tank is BEAUTIFUL.
Could be a fin nipping issue. I am going through a similar experience with my fish 😞
