Does my betta have fin rot? I might just be paranoid but I've never had a betta with fin rot and his fins look weird to me. How do I treat if so?

Nqa what are your water parms?
Is there anything he could be snagging on? I have a betta that looks almost exactly like him and he fin nips himself a lot.
