I don’t fly fish for pike (right now) but I’ve heard some things about dragon tails.
I believe it’s also very easy to tie if you do that kinda stuff
I know that they love huge flies with lots of action or especially flash. It just makes them mad.

Just about any bait fish imitation will do. Bright colors for clear water and/or sunny days, dark for muddy water and/or cloudy days (it’s more about the shadow the fly makes in the water with light conditions).

Any streamer they’re so aggressive I’ve never had a hard time catching them on anything that swims as long as it looks like prey
