Betta Fish: Little dude chilling in his favorite spot

Whenever I can't find him, he's probably chilling behind the filter. Dude got a whole ass jungle to swim through and rather spends his time behind a hunk of plastic. Don't get me wrong he loves exploring the tank but I find it so funny that this seems to be his favorite spot. Absolutly love the little dude, love how his fins are growing and how his colours changed since I added him to the tank
tank. The amount of personality reminds me of the pea puffer I had long ago as a child, or the sturgeon in the pond that came up to me before a heron took him away. Insane how I forgot that fish have the same amount of personality as other pets.
