I think he has a condition called pop eye. He was in a tank with other fish and the auto fish feeder gave them too much food. There were other fish jn the tank with him but they all got along. Now other fish are starting to show this. Guy at pet store recommended giving the tank artemis but it seems its just killing them all. What do i do!?

An air stone in that tank would be a good start.

Kinda looks like he has cataracts. Is the water quality still good in the og tank?
Has he got visible bulging of the belly area?
He could have injured himself as well.
Honestly short of calling in a vet id go with trying to match ideal conditions for the fish.
I recently had an angel sleeping on the gravel on his side every night for days. And during the day he wasn’t eating etc. i didn’t see anything wrong with him so i reduced flow kept water pristine and reduced stress. (So no moving etc.) And hes recovered.
