I’m new to fishing and I love fishing under bridges, seems to be the only time I catch fish. What are your recommendations for fishing areas like this? What baits, lures, rigs ,combos, etc

Fish the incoming tide. If the water is not moving, don’t even bother.
Freelining small mullet or pilchard works great.
For lures, I like DOA terroreyz. The root beer glitter color does really well where I’m at. Just jig it off the bottom.
