just now i noticed that on the right side of his head/face, he looks like he is pineconing? i'm really scared and have no idea what could be wrong since his tankmates are all fine and i'm very careful with putting my hands in the tank and desinfecting myself before i feed or do anything. could he have hurt himself on the decor? i hope you guys might know what's wrong. i don't want to lose him…

Typically pineconing is throughout the whole body I believe. I’m sure he’s probably fine, just keep an eye on him for signs of bloating or any other signs of sicknesses
