Aquariums: Table has slight curve at the top, should I use it?
The table that I want to use has a slight curve at the top, lost cause or should I get a mat or something to even it out?

I can’t tell from the pic. Curve up or dow? I was always told it’s essential to support the four corners, the rest doesn’t matter that much for rimmed tanks like this one. There are people who run tanks long term on stands that only support the two ends, so clearly it’s doable on tanks in the 20 gallon range.

That wood is so beautiful that i’d put a mat on it anyway, the tank would end up ruining the varnish.
I use cheap Yoga mats and cut them to size.

Get a couple 2×4’s or smaller and make a base for it to sit and carry the difference.
Obligatory, do you trust that table for all the weight?
