I got her today at pet smart. Fed her bl00d worms and bug bites . Im not sure if she's just fat or has swim bladder. She's been active and curious but does glass surf a lot too. Please help

You got her today & fed that much? It’s not recommended to feed a fish on moving day due to stress. Keep that in mind in future 😊
First of all, pause the feeding. She is quite overweight & has not had good conditions for health in her life so moving her today will be very stressful & a big shock to the system.
Fast her for 2-3 days until she settles, she’ll be perfectly fine. In fact, you should fast betta 1-2 days a week every week.
Also, Bloodworms are notoriously bad for health and known for causing SBD. Would not recommend using them in future as they come from very dirty environments and have barely any nutritional value.
3-6 pellets a day of bug bites is the sweet spot. Try to split 3 pellets twice a day.
For live/frozen, opt for 1-3 mysis shrimp, a few daphnia or brine shrimp. Mix these & pellets around over the week for variety.
They also can’t process vegetation easily at all so don’t let her eat algae wafers, greens, starchy pellets etc.
Betta are very fragile these days. Be vigilant with how much and what you feed her. They can develop fatal illnesses from overfeeding.
