Good, but it’s better to pull the worm back slightly and slide the tip of the hook just under the surface of the skin of the worm. It’s called “skin hooking” and it makes it totally weedless.

Worm it too far down on the hook. You want it straight. Make sure it’s tight on the hook but not too tight because then it will tear too quick.
