LOTS of plants!! They need resting and hiding spots! My favorite plant is water wisteria, it grows super fast and is very hardy

Good start! However the anubias plants are epiphytes and if you bury them like that they will die. They are best attached to hardscapes. The cholla wood can also be very risky with bettas because bettas being curious dumb little fish can easily get stuck in them trying to squeeze through the holes and swim through it. I personally would take it out and swap it out for a different kind of wood.
Other than that, it’s fine! Definitely keep an eye on the parameters as aquasoils tend to leach ammonia for a while and also alter the water chemistry in such a way that they lower the pH and hardness of the water. Very important to keep in mind when doing water changes as you dont want to change out too much all at once and cause big swings. 🙂

Is there a lid on that thing? If not, you need to add one. Many bettas are jumpers.
