Need to decide on fish once it's cycled. I'm thinking a betta and some neon tetras? How is my tank looking? Rate it out of 10 and let me know what could be better

How big is it and what kind of filter are you running? Plants I would add are red tiger lotus or dwarf water lily in the back and floating plants like frogbit and water lettuce.
