Betta Fish: Update on infection

Hey peeps,

I posted about a week ago asking about the marble gene, which I quickly was told it was an infection and not the marbling gene.

I have done 6 days so far of a kanaplex treatment and it seems like the infection spread has stopped and even looks like some of his red is returning in the infected spot.

My question is should I do another week of treatment or after day 7, put him back into his tank and monitor.

Here is a video, it is harder to see due to the IAL I have in his hospital tank leeching tannins.
