Aquariums: Found this guy in my tank and I didn’t put him there. Is he dangerous?

Ramshorn snail. Probably hitchhiked in on a plant. Not dangerous at all but if there’s more than one they do breed rather rapidly. They’re actually good for tank as long as you keep the population under control.

Definitely a ramshorn. I have a few in my tank. Not dangerous, but they will become pest level pretty quickly if you tend to feed too much. If you don’t want them just pick them out. I think they’re cool so I kept mine.
